Great location with view of Space needle from window. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to Mariners game was an added bonus. Great breakfast to start the day.
Prefer bathroom and vanity all in one room but this was not a big deal. Was always clean and supplied with fresh towels.

Comfortable room, great shower/water pressure, great housekeeping, good air conditioner , I'm a single guy traveling, and I don't like all the kids and families with too much luggage, but I know that's just me and you handle it well.

We stay at Holiday Inn hotels whenever possible and we chose the Seattle city center for it's location as we were in Seattle to see a baseball game and wanted a hotel which was close to the field. We also like the excellent breakfast the Express hotels provide.
We found the hotels location rather hard to access as the road we took to downtown Seattle ran into a tunnel right at the point where I would have turned. However after we got turned around and on the right track every thing worked out ok and if I use this hotel again I will be forewarned.

The hotel's location near Pike Place Market, downtown, and the Space Needle was fantastic. The room with two beds was impressive and neat. Having amenities like central heating, a private safe, and pay television was important to us.

We love their breakfast!! It offers different variety. Staff are friendly. Room size is adequate. Hotel is a walking distance to Pike Place. ( Take Battery st. All the way to first avenue) Tip to travelers: * There is a free city bus from 6 am - 7pm ; the whole stretch of 3rd street. * From Seattle airport, you can take the light rail - stop station is Western or International District (Chinatown) station, then take a taxi to Holiday Inn. -about $ 9.00 * Don't miss Salumi , Spanish Table and Macrina Bakery. They are all must see! Yes, we'll be back soon! Will recommend Holiday Inn to family and friends.
Hotel has no restaurants or store nearby. It is very close to a busy highway, but not a problem. No mini refrigerator and No safe in the room! :( Please update your carpet.

Tyler at the front desk was just awesome with excellent knowledge for the questions we asked. Good work Tyler!
We forgot to bring a game for the eveningand sought out a deck of cards or yatzee dice or a game of scrabble. None were to be had, unfortunately. Word Yatzee was provided by Tyler from next door hotel. I am not use to drinking water out of plastic cups. Room 301 had the wrong coffee craff so it spilled the coffee onto the counter. Would be much appreciated if you actually had a real coffee cup rather than a styrofoam for the first coffee of the morning.

Our stay was great! The breakfast was warm and delicious. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was convenient for taking the monorail to downtown. The rooms were spacious, modern, and had nice views. The hotel offered good service and free Wi-Fi.

Location, location, location! 5 minute walk to the Space Needle, Experience Music Project/Icons of Science Museum, Chiloly Glass Garden, Armoury ( food court) and Gates Foundation. Ample breakfast selection included options for low fat milk and yogurt, bagels & cream cheese, warm cinnamon buns, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, cereals, muffins, biscuits, juices, bananas and pancakes. Tip: signup online for Holiday Inn's Priority Club membership (free) and you can get a late checkout. That allowed time after breakfast for a leisurely swim before heading out. They let us keep the car in the lot until we caught our evening flight and left for the airport...at no extra cost. No view from our window but we arrived late and did not care. Friendly staff.
Lineup to check in when we arrived 11:15 PM...as many Amtrak employees arrived at the same time. Only one front desk person to get us checked in. We were tired and impatient. However, when it was finally our turn the front desk person was very kind, helpful and friendly, taking the time to show us on the map where the sights are located. Not a real problem with the checkin, just poor timing to arrive when everyone else was arriving.

Location and size of rooms. Enough space for two friends to stretch out without getting into each otherès hair.
Even though we left our towels hung up they were replaced. We only stayed two nights and were ok not having the towels changed. Would have preferred to have a small table with the coffee maker on it away from the sink....not a good idea having it all in the same area whereone washes hands, teeth etc.Couldput the tableon the wall next to the long mirror and it would still give enough room.
